By accessing our Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 1. Products

* Our jewellery products are made from 925 Sterling Silver and/or other materials specifically described on the relevant product page.

* Product specifications, materials, dimensions, weights and other details are provided on the product page wherever applicable.

* Product photographs are provided for representation. Due to photography, lighting, screen settings and manufacturing characteristics, minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.

* We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct product information or refuse/cancel an order where reasonably necessary.

 2. Pricing

* Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

* Applicable taxes will be displayed as required at checkout.

* Product prices may change without prior notice.

* The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed.

 3. Payment

* We currently accept prepaid online orders only.

* Payments are processed through Razorpay or another payment service provider made available by us.

* Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

* We do not intentionally store complete card details, CVV or banking passwords on our servers.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is subject to our acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

* Product unavailability

* Pricing or listing errors

* Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

* Incorrect customer information

* Technical or operational errors

* Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the pre-shipment cancellation process. Any eligible return will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, remote locations, operational disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Please review that policy before placing an order.

 8. Account & OTP

If you create an account or use OTP-based authentication, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and OTP.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

All Website content, including but not limited to:

* Logos

* Product photographs

* Text

* Graphics

* Website design

* Product descriptions

* Brand elements

is owned by or licensed to Kalawati Jewellers and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kalawati Jewellers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website or purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where legally permissible, our liability relating to a particular order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that order.

 11. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our Website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.

Subject to applicable law, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in *Bari Sadri, District Chittorgarh, Rajasthan* shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
