Refund & Return Policy

We want you to have a satisfactory shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when an order may be cancelled, returned or refunded.

 1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

* The product arrives damaged; or

* The product has a manufacturing defect.

We do not accept returns solely because of:

* Change of mind

* Change in personal preference

* Sizing preference where the product supplied matches the product ordered

* Minor variations in colour or appearance caused by photography or screen settings

* General dissatisfaction with design where the product is not defective or damaged

Customised or engraved products are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged or have a manufacturing defect.

2. Reporting a Damaged or Defective Product

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please send:

* Order ID

* Customer name

* Clear photographs of the product

* Clear photographs of the packaging

* A video of the product/unboxing, where available

* A description of the issue

Claims submitted after the reporting period may be considered at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

 3. Review and Approval

After receiving your complaint and supporting information, we will review the claim.

If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

The product should, wherever reasonably possible, be returned:

* Unused

* In its original packaging

* With tags, certificates and accessories, where applicable

* With all items supplied with the original order

4. Return Shipping for Approved Defective/Damaged Products

For an approved claim involving a product that arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the customer will not be required to bear the return shipping cost where the return is arranged or authorised by Kalawati Jewellers.

We may provide return instructions, a return label, pickup arrangement or reimbursement mechanism, depending on the circumstances.

For returns that are not due to damage or manufacturing defects and are expressly approved by us as an exception, return shipping charges may be payable by the customer.

5. Inspection

Once the returned product is received, we may inspect it to verify the reported damage or defect.

Approval of a claim is subject to verification.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

* The refund will generally be processed within 5–7 business daysafter approval/inspection, as applicable.

* Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

* The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

 7. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the pre-shipment cancellation process.

If the product subsequently qualifies for a return under this Policy, the applicable return process will apply.

 8. Order Cancellation by Kalawati Jewellers

We may cancel an order due to:

* Product unavailability

* Incorrect pricing or product information

* Suspected fraudulent activity

* Payment issues

* Technical errors

* Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
